Starting Anew in 2011

I know. I know. I haven't blogged since Hannah was born. But I promise I am going to be better in 2011. I am going to try to record all of the funny things that Laura says. Now that she is 3, she is hilarious and says something new about every day. For example, I dropped her off at daycare last Friday. She had to go potty before we joined the rest of her class in the cafeteria. She went into their "miniature" bathroom and gave a look of disgust. She said, "A boy left the seat up." Absolutely hilarious to me that at age 3 she is already disgusted and acutely aware of the "grossness" of boys. So as I was saying, I will try to record these funny happenings for all of your enjoyment.

Hannah is growing up fast too. She is almost a year old already. She is starting to eat normal food. One of her favorites is pizza. She LOVED Adriatico's last weekend. I was eating a leftover piece Sat. morning, and she was sitting on the floor in the living room. She saw me, spit her pacifier out, and starting pointing and grunting. She ate almost a whole piece. I thought that Adriatico's would be too spicy for her but apparently not so. Another major milestone that Hannah is doing this week is that she moved to the next room at daycare. She is now in Infant II. It is a very physical room; all them are mobile and don't really understand boundaries yet. When Laura was in this room, we got incident reports at least once a week. Little Hannah is not mobile yet, so this will be interesting. On a positive note, they learn to use a sippy cup and concentrate on eating normal food (as opposed to baby food) in this room. So I will be happy to put the bottles away soon.

Here a few pictures of our princesses. Have a good week.
